The Company will appoint a company-wide personal information protection manager and take necessary and appropriate security control measures to properly manage personal information. The Company will provide training to its directors and employees on the protection and proper management of personal information, and ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in their daily operations.

8. Maintenance and Improvement of Internal Rules and Regulations

In order to ensure the proper protection and management of personal information, the Company shall establish internal rules and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, including these guidelines, and shall ensure that all officers and employees of the Company are familiar with, implement, maintain, and continuously improve them.
